  I absolutely love this store! 💙 The sales associates were so friendly and helpful, and I found the perfect outfit. It’s incredibly comfortable, amazing quality, and fits so well. I’ll definitely be back for more!

  I stopped in back on June 20th for the first time and the sales associate named Gabby was super helpful and accommodating. She helped me understand the different products and helped me get all the correct sizes. I will definitely come back because of her!

  One of the nicer stores I’ve been to in this mall. I was a first-time buyer, so I was able to find some good things. People are really nice in this store.

  Multiple staff members helped me during an exchange/try on other sizes. They were all super nice and helpful. The store had in stock what I needed. Based on reviews I read prior to coming in - I was pleasantly surprised and have nothing but good things to say. It is expensive but I decided to treat myself.

  Back to reality. $140 for a sweatshirt. Chino pants $180. You don't have superior quality. You just have soft feel, your stuff doesn't last and you are way over priced. Bye Felicia

  There is absolutely no point in shopping at the Vuori store. This location has virtually no inventory, and what little they do have is picked over and incomplete. If you want Vuori clothing, you can buy it countless other places without wasting your time here. The customer service is terrible, and the attitude is even worse. The staff act like snobs despite having absolutely no reason to be. One employee in the fitting room told me to let her know if I needed anything—and when I politely asked for another size, she looked at me like I was a massive inconvenience. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a store that can’t even keep product on the floor. I’ve always liked Vuori clothing, but the recent surge in popularity has clearly gone to this store’s head. News flash: Vuori is not the only brand selling athletic wear, and there are plenty of places that do it better and treat customers with respect. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. I’ll gladly take my money to Nordstrom, REI, or local retailers before dealing with the snobbish, dismissive attitude at this location again.

  Be aware when you buy a gift card. I failed to see that the gift card will automatically go to the recipient (auto-checked) and if you do not see it……then too bad. Previously I emailed VUORI and they DID say I could pick a date to send it (our daughter’s 40th birthday was in a few days). They did not say how, and while I was on-line buying the gift card, they did not answer the phone. I called several times, it was 1:15 p.m. They simply were not available to help. SOOOOOOO - I didn’t see the box to check the date (truth) and thought I would see it after I paid. Nope. Within minutes, I texted, called again, emailed and asked them to fix it. The bottom line was ‘no way, you are done lady, we have your money and it’s over’ Not only am I sad, but mad. When I called my credit card they said the sale was pending. VUORI could have easily fixed this, but they did not care. No supervisor available. I finally got a person through the phone number - by this time, I was asking for help for 45 minutes. The person could care less. I am sure the products are remarkable, however I will never participate in this company again. Ever. I worked in the service industry for 40 years, loved every minute of it and loved making MY customers happy. It’s so easy. VUORI did nothing for me.

  Desirae was so helpful and patient while helping me decide on a few pieces for my husband. I was so impressed with her professionalism and kindness. She truly made me feel so comfortable. In my experience, individuals who work in retail can be very dismissive and rude but she went above and beyond. I will be returning and I hope she is there to help me again!

  I wandered into Vuori like a curious pilgrim in search of enlightenment through moisture-wicking fabric. Everyone smiled. Everyone glowed. Everyone seemed to know exactly how my soul should feel in a pair of $128 joggers. It’s not fake kindness—it’s militant warmth. You could tell the “experience team” has been trained by someone who believes eye contact heals trauma. There’s a Stockholm level of loyalty pulsing through that staff—devotion to brand, to tone, to the illusion of effortless calm. You can feel it in the air, in the soft lighting, in the scripted casualness of every “How’s your day going?” It’s impressive, maybe even beautiful, but it’s like eating plastic fruit—perfectly executed, but nutritionally void. Half the employees have their midriff out, not in rebellion, but in uniform. It’s the church of soft abs and performance fleece. The pants were crunchy, but the people were not. Everyone seemed so serene that I briefly wondered if they pump lavender into the HVAC system to keep reality at bay. Four stars, not for the results, but for the zeal. Vuori is retail as religion—slick, smiling, and softly humming the gospel of comfort.
